Human Devised Methodologies
Assessments
Our proprietary Strategic Change Readiness Assessment™ helps leaders understand the extent that an individual, team, or organization is ready for change and how that readiness varies across teams, layers, and functions—and what to do about it. From there, we may co-create Strategic Improvement Roadmaps that align action with capacity, sequencing what must change now with what can evolve over time. Strategic improvement roadmaps are practical blueprints that bridge leadership intent with team execution.
We also offer a full suite of behavioral and personality assessments to support self-awareness, team alignment, and leadership development as part of our integrated consulting engagements.
Facilitation Through an OD Lens™
Our proprietary, research-informed methodology that transforms facilitation from a meeting management skill into a disciplined organizational intervention. Built on decades of applied organizational development theory and practice, this approach trains facilitators to see and shift both the surface-level and systemic group dynamics that drive—or derail—collaboration. Certified practitioners are equipped to design, lead, and intervene in high-stakes settings with intention, neutrality, and clarity of purpose. Grounded in adult learning theory, group systems thinking, and conflict navigation, facilitation through an OD lens ™is a powerful lever for enabling alignment, surfacing truth, and moving real work forward. It is copyrighted intellectual property developed exclusively by Le Transformations LLC.
LETS methodology to coaching
blends the rigor of ICF-certified practices with the strategic lens of organizational consulting. Our coaching is not one-size-fits-all coaching—it’s consultative, context-aware support that draws on decades of experience in change management, agile transformation, leadership strategy, and team effectiveness.
Depending on the engagement, we may draw from traditional inquiry based executive coaching, more directive change leadership or agile coaching frameworks. We also offer specific methodologies around wellbeing/wellness and productivity/efficiency.
LETS keynote experiences
are live, high-intensity engagements that stir insight, spark momentum, and meet the audience where they are. Developed from decades of deep organizational research and real-world change strategy, our keynotes are crafted to provoke reflection and action in equal measure. What sets them apart is not just the rigor behind the content, but the presence of our speakers: blending sharp systems thinking with unfiltered humor, real-time responsiveness, and a rare ability to draw even the skeptics into the conversation. LETS keynotes are meticulously researched, yet anything but scripted—each one is alive with the energy of the room, shaped in the moment by the audience’s reactions, resistance, and readiness. Whether delivered to executive teams or full organizational audiences, our keynotes catalyze change by making it feel possible, personal, and urgent.
Experiential Workshops — From Access to Application
In an era where free resources abound—articles, videos, AI interfaces, and entire libraries of content just a click away— the LETS team knows that training can’t just be about delivering knowledge. The value we bring is in transforming access into application. Our experiential methodology is designed to build capability on top of awareness. We help participants move beyond consumption into real-world experimentation and insight.
At the heart of our approach is Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle, a proven framework that guides how adults absorb, test, and internalize new concepts. Each training module is intentionally structured to support this learning arc:
- Concrete Experience – Participants are introduced to a tool, framework, or method, often drawn from best-in-class resources, including open-access research or even AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and YouTube explainers.
- Reflective Observation – Learners engage in guided discussion or journaling to reflect on how that tool relates to their role, environment, or mindset.
- Abstract Conceptualization – We help participants make meaning from their experience, connecting what they’ve observed to broader concepts in change, leadership, or team dynamics.
- Active Experimentation – Most critically, participants are given structured opportunities to apply the tool in real work settings—followed by coaching, discussion, and insight capture on what worked, what didn’t, and why.
We believe people learn best when the learning is theirs—when they can try, observe, adapt, and try again.
